All prices include GST and are subject to variation without notice.
50% deposit is required for all new bookings.
Missed appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur a loss of deposit.
ACLC reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.
No shows will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments.
Confirmed and then no show will be considered as session used.
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Please do not try to fix yourself or go to another salon as this will void our service guarantee.
Our policy complies with SA department fair trading. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds for change of mind or change of treatment.
Treatments purchased cannot be shared with other individuals and must be used by the purchaser.
As much as possible, we will try to respect your wishes for a particular therapist, however this is not guaranteed.
Pre-purchased treatments should commence usage within 3 months of purchase and have a validity of 6 months. There will be no refunds for non-usage of pre-purchased treatments after 6 months.
