Frequently Asked Questions
All skin types as long as the color of the hair is darker than the color of the skin. Cannot treat grey, pale red, white or white blonde hair.
Regular appointments are essential to obtain best results. We recommend 6-12 treatments at 4 weeks intervals plus maintenance.
Shave treatment area 12 hours before your appointment. Strictly no waxing or plucking before or between treatments!
- Redness & bumps maybe seen.
- You may feel like sun burnt for few hours.
- If continued use cold compress.
- No makeup / moisturizer / deodorant for 24 hours.
- Avoid sun for first week.
- Do not pick / scratch / wax / thread treated area.
- Do not use tight or restrictive clothing.
Preparation is important when it comes to laser hair removal
Ensure you shave the area to be treated roughly 12 hours prior to your laser hair removal session. Make sure you avoid wax, depilatory cream, fake tan and getting sunburnt up to two weeks before your session. This is important, as the treatment uses a cosmetic laser that shoots a concentrated beam of light directly at the pigment in your hair follicles and will also sizzle any pigment on your skin, including tanning products.
